Wedge Wire DSM Screens

T.I.G. or Fusion Welded Wedge wire dewatering screens are manufactured by Conn-Weld Industries to OEM specifications in #304, #304L, #316 and #316L stainless steel.  Their precise construction and controlled openings distinguish them.  The tapered wire profiles resist clogging and wear from abrasion.  Surfaces are polished smooth offering minimum resistance to solids flow leaving the screen.

 

Wedge wire dewatering screens offer ultra fine retention down to 25 microns. Other micron openings available are 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 250 & 300.  Additional micron openings are available upon request.  Typically 100 and 150 microns are used in the Pulp & Paper industry as well as Wastewater and Chemical Processing applications.  Fine wires offered by Conn-Weld Industries are .045", .030", and .020".

Two-Way screens are also available.  This particular screen has a tilt in one direction for the first half of the screen and a tilt in the opposite direction for the second half of the screen.
